An Iranian oil tanker has called at a European port for the first time since the lifting of sanctions last January, managing director of the National Iranian Tankers Company (NITC) says.

Managing Director of the National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) Sirus Kianersi said the first Iranian crude tanker has recently called at a Spanish port, saying NITC vessels have been able to sail freely in European waters in the post-JCPOA era.
