Tehran-Accra Can Cooperate in Oil, Gas Sector: Speaker
Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Ali Larijani said many countries did not comply with the US sanctions on Tehran, adding Iran and Ghana could cooperate in the field of oil and gas.
According to the Iranian parliament, Larijani met with Abdul Aziz Muniru, head of Iran-Ghana parliamentary friendship group, on Monday.
“Following the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), several delegations from Ghana visited Iran and held good talks for extending mutual relations,” he said.
Furthermore, the two countries formed up a joint committee whose decisions shall be enforced, he added.
The Iranian MP further said that Tehran and Accra could cooperate in industrial as well as oil and gas fields.
